Originally the run was designed as a competition for experienced runners. The marathon has developed into a running event for every woman and man. In the meantime, the focus is less on top performance and more on the running experience. In addition to the marathon and half-marathon for the very well-trained, the Marathon today also offers competitions for less experienced runners, children and walkers.
